Atypical Day Trip: Skiing with Host Heri
Or: Let’s go Skiing together!
Every Wednesday we host a special event for our guests — and since our ski day is also one of the highlights of my week, I’m usually quite excited about it, too. And the best thing? Our guests seem to enjoy it just as much as I do, so hardly a week goes by without a group of skiing enthusiasts getting together to join me on the mountain.
But what exactly can you expect from our ski day? How can you join in, and what happens once you’ve arrived at the mountain? Stay tuned to find out!
Our Glücksschmiede Ski Day
Not all skiing is created equally, so we’ve devised a special programme for our Glücksschmiede ski days that no ski fan should miss out on.
- Up the Mountain we go: It’s Wednesday morning, so we all gather around the reception area and start our ski day adventure from there. Together, we’ll make our way up to our private cabin, the Wolfs Hütte.
- Midday Snack with Otto: Once we arrive at the top, the friendly cabin landlord Otto is already waiting for us, having prepared the Wolfs Hütte for our visit in the meantime. Now it’s time to satisfy our hunger with delicious regional specialities.
- Time to Ski, Baby: Well fed, the mountain is now at our disposal. We can hit the slopes together or simply take some time to relax in the cosy warmth of the Wolfs Hütte.
- Worthy Finale: There is no way, I’ll miss the opportunity to unpack my Styrian harmonica at the end to entertain our guests with a little musical interlude before we head back down.
