Thanks to the remarkable calm you will soon drift off to a restful sleep. Every single one of our 48 rooms has been lovingly furnished by us and is special in its own way. The recently renovated rooms are a real visual highlight: The furniture is mainly made from natural materials such as wood and stone. The contrasting alpine lifestyle and rustic pieces of furniture add up to a stylish combination that cannot be found anywhere else. Cancellation conditions summer:
Up to 2 weeks before arrival: €50. Between 2 weeks and 3 days before arrival: 30% of the total price. From 3 days before arrival: 70% vacancy fee for the booked stay.
In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price. In addition, the Austrian hotel and contract conditions apply. Please note that we can only accept room cancellations in writing.

For both seasons:
Please note that we will only accept fixed reservations against a down payment of 30% of the total price as a deposit. You are welcome to transfer the deposit and contact our reservations team for further information.
If you have to cancel your holiday, we will convert your deposit into a voucher which does not expire and can be redeemed at any time that suits you. If you wish, we can also refund your deposit.
Prices & local tax:
All prices are in EURO including VAT, in addition to €2.50 local tax per person an day, including breakfast and all other inclusive services. If the price is indicated incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct this referring to the current price lists.
NEW: All public transportation such as buses and trains will be free in the state of Salzburg starting from May 1, 2025. A fee of €0.50 per person per day will be charged.
