Terms and Conditions for the Dorfhotel Glücksschmiede Giveaway

Organizer:
The giveaway is organized by Dorfhotel Glücksschmiede.

Participation Period:
The giveaway starts on December 6, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024 (midnight CET).

Eligibility:

• All natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.
• Employees of Dorfhotel Glücksschmiede and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation:

• Participation occurs through the purchase of a voucher from Dorfhotel Glücksschmiede.
• Each participant may only enter the giveaway once.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be determined by a random draw after the participation period ends.
• Winners will be notified via email. The announcement is made without guarantee.

Prizes:

• One prize will be awarded. The prize consists of doubling the purchased voucher amount.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Personal data of participants will not be stored by the organizer. Winners will be notified of their win and asked to provide their personal data (e.g., address) via personal email.
• The personal data of winners will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the giveaway. No storage or use for advertising purposes will take place.
